One question

Q: What are the most common mistakes enterprises make when moving to the cloud?

A: One of the biggest mistakes is to see cloud as purely a technological solution, rather than as a business solution. To ensure the best results, you need to first create a strategy, developed with people who have knowledge of your business and can help you leverage cloud in a way that makes sense for your situation. IT needs to work with business unit leaders to jointly define the desired business outcomes and get alignment on key areas. By focusing efforts on agreed-upon targets, IT can apply technology to drive the business forward in a measurable and quantifiable way, demonstrating value to the business.
