Microsoft SPLA: Windows server changes July 2009
Microsoft is introducing a new “Outsourcer” definition for Windows Server in SPLA and will no longer leverage Authenticated or Anonymous within the Windows Server lineup.  (Please see the SPUR for the complete definition).  In order to support this change in Windows Server licensing, there are several changes to the SKUs.
